Connie: Oooh, what’s an affirmation?
Ada: They’re short sentences you repeat out loud to help you feel more confident, and this one is my favourite. Why don’t you try it out Connie?
Connie: Ok here goes: ‘Girls are strong, and girls are clever, look out world ‘cause here we come!’
Ada: How’s that made you feel Connie?
Connie: Really good!
The adventure turns unexpectedly as they encounter Stacey Copeland, a pro footballer and boxer. Stacey shares her journey, highlighting the challenges faced by women in sports and the importance of perseverance. Her inspirational words leave a lasting impact on Connie and the gang.
As the adventure unfolds, Uncle Chris unexpectedly arrives to digitise the scrapbook for Ada! The threat of being trapped inside the digital world looms. Connie and the listeners join forces to prevent the book from closing, but will it be enough??
