As Uncle Chris decided to take them all back in time to learn from the real-life Tudors! So, the gang dive headfirst into the world of Shakespeare; they soon find themselves in a sticky situation with none other than Queen Elizabeth I! The gang must navigate the courtly etiquette, which they don’t do very well…
Uncle Chris: (Coming in over the laughing) And might I say, your queen-ness, what an honour it is to be here at Shakespearean court.
Queen Liz: What…did…you…just…say…
Uncle Chris: (not reading the room) he said, ‘It’s an honour to be here at Shakespearean court…
Queen Liz: ELIZABETHAN, THIS IS THE ELIZABETHAN COURT! MINE, THOU GREAT CLOTS! William Shakespeare is just a silly little playwright, and I am the Queen of ENGLAND; the time we live in is named after me…Guards, seize them! Off with their heads!
The Queen is furious at Uncle Chris and the adventurers, and she sends the guards after their heads!
While on the run, they uncover fascinating tidbits about Shakespeare’s life and work, all while dodging danger at every turn.
